Good hotel in the middle of no where. That's a huge plus. Good breakfast with multiple options. Very helpful front desk.

The staff were very helpful, especially Rakia in Reception during the day, always with a smile, Manish during night was good we forgot our room cards alot always helped. And I like to mention the Bell boy didn't get his name, always there with smile and helped everyone around.

Property is good, staff is very cooperative, but it required maintenance job to keep property in good condition. Chef, property manager Mr Ravindra and banquet manager Mr Somraj is very cooperative and active in delivering services

The staff was friendly and helpfull. The place was safe. I would come and stay at the ramada kapurthala my first choice of stay.

Great planning and hotel decor. The beds are comfortable and the washrooms are clean. A decent buffet breakfast is served daily. Value for money.
